After being introduced to massage therapy for the first time in 1999, I realized that massage was more than a luxury, and that my bi-monthly massages were becoming an essential part of my self-care regimen. Simply put, massage made a huge impact on me physically as well as emotionally.

Massage helped me to reduce fatigue during my pregnancy and gave me the focus and energy to continue working long hours on my feet. Shortly after my daughter’s birth, I quit that stressful job and enrolled in the program at Lakeside School of Massage Therapy. I thought about how great it would it be to help others feel the way massage had made me feel. Happily, I discovered that giving massage is as rewarding as receiving.

Since 2000, I’ve worked with many talented and gifted healers, trained in both the Eastern and Western modalities. Acupuncturists, physical therapists and Reiki masters have taught me the best of both worlds, including how to integrate old and new practices for more complete healing. When you trust me to help, you are not only in my hands but in theirs, and you benefit from our decades of combined wisdom and healing.

Massage should be a relaxing, therapeutic and even spiritual experience. It should leave you with clarity, a greater sense of body awareness and emotional well-being.

At The Parlour, your massage lasts long after you walk back out the door.
